About Stephanie Stava
Stephanie Stava has been a therapist for over fifteen years, and loves working with women and girls to help them heal from trauma. While this is her specialty, she also works with individuals and families on a variety of other concerns.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Denver with a Masters in Social Work and she taught in their MSW Program for five years as well as supervises therapists working towards their licensure. Stephanie is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Master Social Worker in the state of Nebraska, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado and Minnesota. Stephanie has completed trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed, EMDR and Attachment, Brainspotting (BSP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Trauma Therapy (EFIT), and Reiki.
